We were established in 1996 as HOBI Co. Ltd., an affiliated office of Abdul Latif Jameel Company Ltd. We began focusing on exports of vehicles manufactured by the Toyota Group to the Middle East. Today, as Jameel Corporation, we introduce Japanese companies and their products and services worldwide, while maintaining our core businesses centered on the Middle East and Asia.
Overseas Vehicle Division
Vehicles and related exports are our core business. We are the best partner for Japanese companies, exporting vehicles, materials handling equipment and parts, and engaging in sales and marketing activities, etc. in the MENAT region.
Lexus Nerima
Opened in 2005, the 50th anniversary of Toyota Motor Corporation’s (TMC’s) partnership with Abdul Latif Jameel Company Ltd, Lexus Nerima was Japan’s first Lexus dealership set up with foreign capital, and was established at the request of TMC on the basis of our excellence in Lexus sales abroad. Awarded the Lexus Excellence Award in 2013 for number one customer service among all Lexus Tokyo dealerships in 2012, Lexus Nerima has set new standards in sales and brand value, empowered by our Guest First philosophy, where the customer is an honored guest.

Healthcare Division
We aim to contribute to the realization of a society where people can live a healthy life without any inconvenience until just before they complete their lives. In addition, we pursue various efforts to support effective and value-added technologies and services to vitalize Japanese healthcare industry. Furthermore, we will provide a bridge to deliver the necessary medical care and develop a medical infrastructure for a sustainable life in the medically under developed area in Asia, the Middle East and Africa.
Sales Division
We export the cutting-edge products/ applications from Japan and Asia to “Global South”. We invest into start-ups with high technology, such as mobility, decarbonizing, education and finance, and aim to be the best partner to connect MENAT and Global South. * Global South: Latin America, Asia, Africa, Oceania, etc.
A Message from Top Management
In 1996, Abdul Latif Jameel Company Ltd set up its Japan office, HOBI Co. Ltd., with an emphasis on automobile exports from Japan. In 2005 when Toyota Motor Corporation set up its sales network for Lexus in Japan, we expanded. We began selling vehicles in Japan itself, opening a Lexus dealership in Nerima, Tokyo—the only Lexus dealership created with foreign capital in Japan.
With 2013 close to the 60th anniversary of Abdul Latif Jameel Company Ltd’s relationship with Japan and our business inside Japan growing, we again expanded our focus as Jameel Corporation. Our new initiatives aim at introducing the best of Japan’s technologies, products and services to the Middle East, North Africa and Turkey (“MENAT”) in order to contribute to their society and to improve their lives, while maintaining our automobile export business. We have been exporting an ever-wider range of products and have started new businesses, facilitating technology, the setup of Japanese factories and the job creation in MENAT.
At the same time, we are considering investment in Japan and Japanese technologies, such as the renewable energy business, that will generate stable sales and profits as the Japanese market further matures.
As Abdul Latif Jameel’s Affiliated Office, we start to export Japanese products and technologies to Asian markets and import Asian products into Japan. While we especially focus on automobile exports and Lexus sales, we are a dedicated partner for Japanese companies not only in the MENAT region but throughout Asia.
